How can I cancel my subscription?Updated 18 days ago
Before you go — our subscriptions are fully flexible. You can skip an order, change your delivery frequency (6 weeks or 8 weeks), switch to a different product, or pause it entirely. If any of those help, just reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll sort it for you. 🐝
Please note: canceling your subscription won't cancel any order that has already been placed. It will only stop future orders from processing. If you have questions about a current order, get in touch with us at [email protected].
To cancel or pause your subscription yourself, follow the steps below:
- Log into your Subscription Portal using our passwordless login here. Enter your email and you'll receive a one-time code.
- Once logged in, go to Account > Subscriptions.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select either Pause Subscription or Cancel Subscription.
- If pausing, select how many months you'd like to pause for, then confirm.
- If canceling, click Cancel Your Subscription and follow the prompts.
- You'll receive a confirmation email once the change is processed.
