How can I cancel my subscription?Updated 18 days ago

Before you go — our subscriptions are fully flexible. You can skip an order, change your delivery frequency (6 weeks or 8 weeks), switch to a different product, or pause it entirely. If any of those help, just reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll sort it for you. 🐝

Please note: canceling your subscription won't cancel any order that has already been placed. It will only stop future orders from processing. If you have questions about a current order, get in touch with us at [email protected].

To cancel or pause your subscription yourself, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Subscription Portal using our passwordless login here. Enter your email and you'll receive a one-time code.
  2. Once logged in, go to Account > Subscriptions.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select either Pause Subscription or Cancel Subscription.
  4. If pausing, select how many months you'd like to pause for, then confirm.
  5. If canceling, click Cancel Your Subscription and follow the prompts.
  6. You'll receive a confirmation email once the change is processed.
