If none of these are what you’re after, log in to your portal here using the email registered to your account. Scroll to the bottom, and click “Cancel Subscription”.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the change has been processed.

Please note that cancelling a subscription does not affect orders that have already been processed. If you need help with a current order, please reach out to our customer service team.
