We are sorry to hear you are thinking of cancelling your subscription!
We offer our subscription program to be fully customizable to your needs. If you need to skip a month, change frequency or perhaps would like to switch to another jar of honey, we're here to make your subscription perfectly fitted for you. If you still would like to cancel or pause your subscription then please check on the steps below:
1. Go to your Subscription Portal using our passwordless login here. (You will then receive a code to your email to access your account and we recommend saving this page if you're on a browser. Alternatively, you can press the 'Create an Account' button and it will allow you to set login and password for your account)
2. Once logged in, you should see your account page -> Subscriptions
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on either Pause Subscription or Cancel Subscription:
4. If you are choosing to pause your subscription then you will be asked for how many months you wish to pause your subscription. Then click Pause Subscription.
5. If you are choosing to cancel your subscription, click on Cancel Your Subscription and follow the questions the system will ask you.
6. You will receive an email confirmation that your subscription has been paused or canceled.
☝🏼Please note:
If an order has already been placed for your subscription, canceling the subscription will not cancel the current order but will prevent future orders from processing. Once orders have been placed and shipped, we cannot cancel them. Please contact us at the end of this conversation if you have questions about your order.
