Your subscription is very flexible, you can skip orders, change the frequency, pause it, or cancel at any time - no penalties. You can make any changes here or reach out to our friendly team at [email protected] for help.

If you cancel the subscription before your next order processes, no further charges will occur. If the order has already been placed, canceling your subscription will not cancel this order - but no further orders will be sent.

As a food product, we're not able to accept returns or offer refunds on shipped orders. The good news is that Mānuka honey keeps for up to five years, so there's no rush to get through it.
