You can cancel your subscription at any time.. If you cancel before your next order processes, no further charges will occur. 

If an order has already been placed when you cancel, that order will still be fulfilled as it's already on its way from our hives in New Zealand, but nothing further will be charged after that.

As a food product, we're not able to accept returns or offer refunds on shipped orders. The good news is that Mānuka honey keeps for up to five years, so there's no rush to get through it.
