How do I change the address/details of my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes as we have a very quick turnaround time to get your order to you as fast as possible. So please ensure that you double check your details when entering them at checkout!

Our honey is made in New Zealand, shipped to our warehouses in the United States and then your order will be shipped out of those warehouses.You will not have to wait for your order to arrive from New Zealand!

Why have I only received half of my order?
