How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders of at least $75 to the United States. Orders below $75 will incur a flat fee of $7.99.

What do I do if the product arrives damaged?

Send us a photo of the damage and your batch number (found on the back of the jar) to [email protected] and we'll get a replacement out to you. Our quality team also uses these photos to investigate and improve, so every report genuinely helps. šŸÆ

Where does your product ship from?

Our honey is made in New Zealand and shipped to our warehouse in Chicago, where all US orders are fulfilled. This keeps delivery times fast and reduces the environmental impact of sending every order directly from New Zealand. šŸÆ

Why have I only received half of my order?
