This is completely normal, and it's actually a sign of quality. We don't homogenize our honey, so each batch can vary in texture, color, and taste depending on when and where in New Zealand it was harvested. No two batches are identical.

To check the specifics of your jar, scan the QR code on the lid. It pulls up the independent test results for your exact batch, including the MGO rating, the region it came from, and the beekeeper who produced it. 🍯
